SPAGNA Getaria «Laescaleraintrusa.com»

We said at the beginning_ «Getaria is a place that has urbanized its landscape conditions becouse his topography proposing a cross-connectivity full of sidewalks and cars, what if the transversality takes advantage of the territory?»

Tourism is also an important aspect … what can we do?   Working throught  two identities: territorial and economic one

Territorial identity_

Case 1 (previous identity of the place)  is defined by the influence of car and pedestrian cross connections these are stairs between buildings. these aspects conditions over the life of people.

Case 2 (the project) wants to liberate the place taking advantage of the natural site using the same model of mobility and connectivity. for it is removed the car and the relationship between housing is made possible through platforms between nature

Economic identity_
tourism with fishing are the economic activity of Getaria. is committed to rejecting the management of a single owner to plurimanagement by all occupants of the site.
which housing makes this possible?

… the one that has an «escalera intrusa»

Implantation procces_
basic support with which implemented in to the site, couse the density of 84 pieces, is defined as a triplex with two separate entrances  to interact in different ways with their environment. these accesses are posed in PB P1

«la escalera intrusa» will be responsible for resolving relations between owners in case of more than a home in the support.

because the supports needs two accesses,
at 0 and 3 m in height, the lines thay represent the least impact on the area will be those that are apart from each other the same distance.

Therefore, depending on the topography of a site, so will be the implementation.

Result_
OPEN NATURAL SUPPORT

chieving the «no cancellation» of the identity of the place through the inclusion of a private housing
program open in management, use and property.
